The 11B’s were a team unfamiliar to each other at the start of this season. Many of our players had not played together before. The inclusion of 2 girls completed our team for 2022!

This playing group worked so hard this season, they were all keen learners and willing to take on advice and learn new skills.
They turned up for each other weekly and stayed consistent throughout the season.
As a team you stayed competitive and were rewarded with great wins. Well done!

Blade – An unfortunate start to the season with a broken arm on our very first game. You continued to show up to games weekly to support your team and step into the assistant coach’s role. You knew your position well as a CDM, and your ability to hold position and continuously get our team out of danger was never missed, keep it up!

Chloe – You came into the team with great skill and attitude. You held the boys to their game and were a strong competitor up front. Your playing style caused havoc for many teams during the season with your ball skills.

Cody – A ball runner in our forward pack, you proved your ability to run the ball each game. You never backed down to any players and proved your ability to tackle the ball in crucial moments of the game. Your ball skills improved greatly during the season.

Cuba – Full of passion, skill and determination. This was evident each game and training session. An Original #10 player. Constantly frustrating your competition with your ball skill and speed. Excellent finisher with great goals during the season. Always giving 100%.

Cruz – Your ability to bring the ball down the sideline and open up defenders was crucial in games and proved great skill. You have great game awareness and provided many goal assists to your forwards during the season, and rewarding yourself with great goals.

Eden – You never backed down. You always made the attackers work hard to get around you. You have great skill and ability to feed our attackers with excellent passing and through balls to get us back up the field. It was late in the season when we discovered your talent in goals. You were always consistent, saving us many times.

Emmett – The quiet achiever, you bring great skill and defensive play to our team. Started in the centre back position, moving to the midfields and proving to be a great attacking forward player. An all-round achiever with speed and grit, never backing down to a shove.

Hayden – The ball was always at your feet, you have great ability and skill to dribble the ball down field along with your speed. You were always in place for finishing goals and supporting through the midfield.

Jared – A strong and solid defender. You were always there to support the back line and worked well with the goal keepers. You protected our goals consistently each week, a vital player in our team.

Luke – Speedy, A consistent and competitive midfielder, you never let any attackers get through without a battle. You never gave up on any play and always fought to get the ball. It was always hard to get you off the field for a well-deserved break.

Lorcan – The Hype Man! If there was one voice you could hear on the field it was Lorcan. Always encouraging his team mates, and never letting the energy drop on field. Lorcan would direct the team from the back and often from in goals. He put his body on the line for his team countless times. He was a brick wall in the backline that frustrated many teams.

Sienna – You came into the team with individual talent and skill, you learnt from each game and training session and came back stronger every week. Your ability to read plays, and work the ball down field using your wingers was fantastic. You had many defenders back tracking with your ball skills. Your hard work was rewarded with great goals this season.
