Our last season in under 14’s and what a season it was. We welcomed two new players into the team and we gave the season a red-hot crack. Coming equal third, in any other year we would have made it into the semi-finals and pushed for a Finals result. The girls turned up every week with a can-do attitude and ready to give it all they had, they were committed to improving their game and also having some fun along the way.

Ava – The quiet achiever, Ava has had a great year. There wasn’t much that got past her, she also played really well with all the backline.

Bre – Bre has really set her position as left back, it doesn’t matter what situation she is in she always stays calm and is able to get the ball up the line to Lilly in mid-field

Emily – The secret sprinter, it took us a few weeks into the season to see that Emily has speed. Emily has been a great addition to the team on and off the field, she brings all the laughs as well as scoring a few great goals.

Eve – Eve was the rock of the team this year, constantly encouraging the team and pushing as hard as she could to get the results for the team.

Haylee – The goal scorer – Haylee does not give up, she is a non-stop energiser bunny and when she laughs, she has the whole team in stitches.

Jada – The workhorse of the team! What an amazing season Jada has had this year. She stepped up to any challenge given to her and always performed every single week!

Josie – What an awesome new addition to the team! Josie’s speed and determination down the right-hand side of the field made her unbeatable.

Lily B – Another goal scoring machine – it doesn’t matter what position Lily is playing she is unbeatable with any opponent

Lily M (Bill) – Bill had a great year stepping in as our part-time goalie, she made some great saves and whether on the field or in goals she gave 110%

Sammy – The glue to our backline – it doesn’t matter if Sammy is up the back or pushed further forward, she is always able to score a killer goal.

Solace – Every year Solace improves and becomes a stronger and stronger defender, she never gave up and always puts in 100% effort

Stefi – A team player that you cannot fault, Stefi is calm and collected in the mids and is focused on improving herself every year.

Tyla – It doesn’t matter what position we ask her to play, Tyla always puts in 110%. Training was always enjoyable with Tyla around as she would always make us have a good laugh 🙂

A huge thank you to our Manager Narelle for always organising the team and supporting us all year. And of course, a big shout out to all of our dedicated supporters.
